Terms of use
TestDeck is a workspace in development for device screen sharing and test evidence. Early access includes supported features; compatibility with every device and OS version is not guaranteed. Provide accurate account details, verify your email and protect your credentials. Only share devices and content you are authorized to use. Unlawful use, abuse and disruption of service security are prohibited.
Privacy and personal data notice
Data controller: Umut Saraçlı. Use the website contact form for questions and personal data requests. Account data includes name, email and a one-way password hash; usage involves sessions, device pairing, plan/quota and security records. An optionally saved billing address (country, province, district, neighborhood, street, building/apartment and postal code) is stored encrypted under your account and can be updated in your profile. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Contact and team enquiry forms process your submitted contact details and message. Local device streaming and screenshots/videos saved to your computer are not uploaded to the membership database.
Purposes, grounds and retention
Data is processed to operate accounts and the service, respond to enquiries and maintain security, based on establishing/performing a contract, legal duties and legitimate interests that do not override your rights. Unnecessary birth dates and card data are not requested. Records are retained as needed for their purpose; expired temporary verification and session records are removed. Deletion requests are evaluated against mandatory retention and dispute needs. Marketing consent is not a condition of service.
Service providers and your rights
Railway provides hosting/database services, Resend delivers email, and relevant providers supply domain/network services. These services may involve processing abroad. Provider agreements and required transfer safeguards must be completed before live sales and general availability. Use the contact form to ask whether data is processed, request information, correction/deletion, learn recipients or exercise other applicable rights. Necessary identity verification may be requested.
Demo billing and plan terms
This is not a binding paid sales agreement. Demo prices are 60 TL monthly or 600 TL annually plus an assumed 20% VAT. No card details, actual charge, bank 3D verification or real subscription is involved. Approval is saved only in demo history; actual account permissions remain unchanged. Switching from Basic to Premium or changing period requires a new demo approval. Cancelling immediately switches the demo plan to Basic and disables its renewal preference. As nothing was charged, there is no refund transaction.
Requirements before live billing
Before paid sales open, seller information, the final tax rate, pre-contract/distance sales information, cancellation and statutory refund terms will be published. The planned flow requires 3D verification before a charge. Automatic renewal can only be enabled through a lawful explicit choice and a supported provider flow; if additional 3D verification is needed, renewal will wait for the user to complete it. Subscription management and cancellation take place on the website, not the desktop app. A general “no refunds” statement cannot remove statutory rights.
